Refund policy

There are no refunds or returns on items sold or created by Au’Shay Home. If you receive item(s) that are defective or flawed, we must be notified by email at info@aushayhome.com within 24 hours of receipt of said item(s). All return emails must include evidence (photos or videos) of any and all items that you believe are defective or flawed. Once the email is received, a team member will examine the evidence and make the decision to issue a store credit or replacement item(s). After 24 hours, no store credit or replacement item(s) will be given. 


If a replacement is required, all item(s) must be sent back to us. With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return any item(s) to us. Au’Shay Home must receive valid tracking information from the customer for all returns. All returns must include the original packing slip. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking numbers when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. 

Additional Return Policy Information Au’Shay Home the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Any item(s) that were not made by Au’Shay Designs or bought from www.aushayhome.colm that are returned to us will be discarded upon receipt. Sale and discounted items are final sale. Item(s) damaged during shipping will not be replaced.
